This imaginative and high-energy camp invites young performers to step into the world of theatre through play, collaboration, and creativity. Students will bring stories to life using their voices, bodies, and ideas while building confidence and growing as a team. Whether they’re new to the stage or returning campers, this experience celebrates curiosity, courage, and the joy of performing.

What we’ll explore:

• Acting games that build confidence and spark imagination

• Creating characters through voice, movement, and expression

• Working together to tell stories onstage

• Introducing students to what rehearsals are like at UYT

• Encouraging bravery, creativity, and positive risk-taking

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (earliest drop of at 8:30am)
Dates:‍ ‍July 13-17 (Monday-Friday)
Location: The Music Village (333 S Michigan St)

*Final performance will take place Friday, July 17th from 3-4pm.

Cancellation Policy:
If your child can no longer attend, please notify UYT at least 72 hours before the camp so we can offer the spot to another student. No refunds are available after this window, but credit may be issued for future programming at UYT’s discretion.
