7–12 Grade 2-Week Performance Camp: The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon
Middle and high school performers, this one’s for you. The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon takes every fairy tale you’ve ever heard and smashes them together into one high-energy, completely outrageous comedy. Over two weeks, performers will dive into big characters, fast pacing, and lots of physical comedy as they work toward a fully staged final performance.
This camp is all about collaboration, choices, and bold creativity. Students will strengthen their acting technique, explore comedic timing, and gain confidence as they rehearse this rapid-fire, wildly fun show. With tons of roles and endless opportunities for performance, this is the perfect camp for teens ready to step into the spotlight.
What to Expect:
Ensemble-based storytelling and comedic acting
Building bold, dynamic characters
Voice, timing, and physical expression
How to rehearse, collaborate, and problem solve as a creative team
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (earliest drop off is at 8:30am)
Dates: July 20–31 (Monday-Friday)
Location: The Music Village (333 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN, 46601)
*Final performance will take place on Friday, July 31st from 3-4pm. Open to the public.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of camp will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund, as staffing, supplies, and planning have already been finalized.
If UYT must cancel a program for any reason, families will receive a full refund.
